CCTV Technician

Overview

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining surveillance systems to ensure security for our clients.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys to determine the best positions for cameras.
• Install various types of cameras including IP, analog, PTZ, and Dome models, along with necessary monitors.
• Set up and integrate video management software, assign IP addresses, and enable remote viewing capabilities for users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; carry out repairs or replace faulty components.
• Conduct regular system tests to maintain operational integrity.
• Educate clients on system usage, video footage review, and storage management.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and low-voltage wiring.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, routers, and switches.
• Ability to safely work at heights, climb ladders, and operate in confined or varying environmental conditions.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power drills, and cable testing devices.
• Relevant certifications or training in electronics, IT, or security systems are preferred, with certifications like CCNA considered an advantage.

Compensation

The salary range offered for this position is between 18,000 and 25,000 INR per month.
