CCTV Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technician specializing in CCTV and security systems to join our team at Infrasoul Techserve in Haldia, West Bengal. Candidates should possess between one to three years of practical experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV, access control, public address (PA), and fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for CCTV, access control, PA, and fire alarm systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to these security systems.
• Conduct routine system maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with clients to guarantee systems are correctly installed and operational.
• Set up and configure hardware and software components tied to security systems.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Assist the sales team by providing technical guidance for security system installations.
• Uphold professionalism and strong customer service throughout all interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in CCTV, access control, PA, and fire alarm systems.
• Completion of ITI, Diploma, or certification in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• Comprehensive technical understanding of CCTV, access control, PA, and fire alarm hardware and software.
• Familiarity with IP-based security systems is advantageous.
• Proven problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to function effectively both independently and within team environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as necessary.
• A valid driving license and personal transportation are mandatory.

Compensation
