Role Overview

The position of CCTV Operator is a full-time, on-site role situated in Dubai, focused on observing and managing surveillance systems to safeguard people, properties, and assets. Daily duties involve monitoring live camera feeds, reviewing stored video footage, detecting and reporting suspicious or unsafe incidents, and accurately documenting occurrences in logs and reports. The operator will collaborate with on-ground security staff and relevant authorities as required while adhering strictly to company procedures and local legal guidelines. Responsibilities also include performing routine equipment inspections, reporting any technical malfunctions, and participating in efforts to enhance surveillance effectiveness and protocols. Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating ethical and professional conduct are essential for this role.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail with high situational awareness and the ability to maintain concentration for prolonged periods.
• Basic technical proficiency in operating CCTV systems, DVR equipment, and control room functions.
• Strong communication skills for clear incident reporting and coordination with security teams and supervisors.
• Capability to adhere to security policies consistently and remain composed during high-pressure or emergency conditions.
• Good organizational aptitude for maintaining detailed and accurate logs and documentation.
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai's security regulations and local procedure familiarity is a plus.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or surveillance are advantageous.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as operational demands require.
