About the Role
The Category Development Manager at a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company in North America is pivotal in driving expansion across both Branded and Private Label sectors. This position entails crafting robust category strategies, propelling business growth, and leveraging data-driven insights to support development.
Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners, the manager identifies new opportunities for growth, provides retail and foodservice clients with persuasive category narratives, and enhances analytical capabilities aimed at fast-tracking innovation and business success.
Requirements
A minimum of three years' experience is required in Category Management, Category Development, or related insights roles specifically within the CPG domain or comparable industries.
