About the Role
Join Axis Bank as a CASA Sales Officer, responsible for promoting and selling Current Accounts and Savings Accounts to prospective customers. This role involves active local travel for marketing and customer engagement. Candidates must have a valid driving license and a bike for commuting.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Current and Savings accounts to acquire new customers.
- Engage in local marketing activities and travel to meet potential customers daily.
- Contact existing customers to encourage additional deposits and cross-sell other banking products.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the bank.
- Complete all mandatory certifications such as AMFI and EUIN after joining.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development programs conducted by the bank.
- Maintain daily records of customer interactions using the bank's CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to sales activities.
- Contribute actively to bank initiatives and programs as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Any degree qualification is acceptable.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is essential.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally on a daily basis.
- Compliance with all bank certification requirements post onboarding.
Compensation and Benefits
- Offered salary package includes 19,800 INR CTC with a take-home of 16,500 INR.
- Additional incentives ranging from 40,000 to 50,000 INR monthly are possible based on performance.
Career Progression
The career path starts as a Sales Officer, advancing to Sales Officer 1 (fast track growth), followed by Assistant Manager Sales and then Sales roles with increasing responsibility.
