Job Summary
As a Cart Attendant at Walmart's Neighborhood Market #5378, located at 1355 Knox Abbott Dr, Cayce, SC, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming first and last experience for customers by collecting shopping carts from the parking areas, using equipment to transport them back inside the store, and ensuring their cleanliness and sanitation. This role demands a positive and resilient attitude regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation
- Hourly wages range from $14 to $27, with the actual rate meeting or surpassing local minimum wage requirements.
- Additional earnings may come from annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premium payments between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be provided based on work schedule, location, seasonality, or specific job tasks, with the possibility of multiple premiums applying simultaneously.
