Candidate Attributes

• Must provide a full set of personal tools.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable truck.
• Preferably a minimum of five years experience in remodeling carpentry.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability and willingness to work on drug and tobacco-free job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all stages of rough and finish carpentry work.
• Interpret blueprints and various construction documents accurately.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of small teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting hourly pay ranging between $25 and $35 based on experience.
• Eligibility for company-sponsored health insurance.
• Two weeks paid vacation after one year of employment.
• Participation in a profit-sharing program.
• Quarterly tool allowance of $250.
