Job Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will visit vulnerable adults in their own homes throughout Bangor, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role involves assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and providing companionship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with morning routines including washing and dressing.
• Prepare nourishing breakfasts or lunches.
• Remind clients to take their medication as scheduled.
• Offer friendly conversation and emotional support to brighten clients' days.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous professional care experience is not required. Individuals who have cared for family members or want to make a meaningful career change are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive, paid training is provided to equip you with the necessary skills and confidence.

Additional Information

• Pay rate: £13.45 per hour plus 45p per mile if using your vehicle.
• Fully flexible working hours including full-time, part-time, mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Walking routes are available, so having a car is not mandatory.
