Role Overview

As part of Europe’s largest airline group, managing over 3,600 daily flights and serving more than 600,000 guests, the selected cabin crew members will be assigned to one of our 90+ operational bases starting in the Autumn/Winter season. Your journey will begin with a six-week paid training course covering safety procedures, customer service excellence, with periodic assessments and culminating in practical supernumerary flights and earning your cabin crew wings.

Life as cabin crew includes dynamic shifts, including early mornings as early as 5 AM and late nights up to midnight, requiring flexibility and endurance. While the job is demanding, it offers rewarding experiences, career progression to roles such as Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or Director of Inflight, and immersion in a collaborative, high-energy workplace culture.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive, free cabin crew training with a daily stipend during the course
  • Uncapped sales commission opportunities
  • Extensive discounted staff travel across 250+ destinations within the Ryanair network
  • Fixed roster pattern of 5 days on and 3 days off for work-life balance
  • Year-one uniform provision and annual allowance thereafter
  • Job security within a financially stable airline
  • The chance to explore diverse cultures and cities alongside colleagues on days off
  • Contract terms may vary by base, including both direct employment and agency contracts

Requirements

  • Unrestricted rights to reside, work, and travel throughout the EU and Ryanair network
  • Height between approximately 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”)
  • Ability to swim 25 meters independently
  • Friendly, hardworking, flexible personality with a positive, customer-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to work a shift-based roster, including early mornings and late evenings
  • Comfortable communicating fluently in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong passion for travel and meeting new people
