Role Overview

We are searching for cabin crew members who demonstrate a radiant personality, quick adaptability, and a natural ability to put travelers at ease. You will serve as the welcoming face for Emirates passengers, providing guidance, friendly support, and ensuring a memorable flight experience. Your role transcends typical service duties by prioritizing safety and security through confident leadership and managing comprehensive aircraft operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous assistance to passengers and maintain high standards of customer service on board.
• Efficiently lead and manage safety and security protocols during flights.
• Handle aircraft services and ensure compliance with all safety procedures.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or customer service fields.
• Positive and proactive attitude with the capacity to work effectively within multicultural teams.
• Completed secondary education (high school graduate, Grade 12).
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Height requirement: minimum 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm standing on tiptoes for safety equipment access across all aircraft types.
• No visible tattoos when in uniform.
• Willingness to be based in Dubai and comply with UAE employment visa regulations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed base salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Hourly flight pay at AED 69.60, typically accumulating 80–100 flight hours monthly.
• Average combined monthly earnings estimated at AED 11,244 (~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, GBP 2,280) for Economy Class Grade II.
