Job Overview

This role requires an experienced BY WMS Support Consultant with 6 to 12 years of hands-on involvement in support and enhancement activities related to BY WMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical and functional support for everyday business-as-usual operations.
• Configuring products and troubleshooting issues, including batch operations monitoring.
• Handling integration of JDA WMS with multiple host and destination systems through JDA Integrator/Connect.
• Demonstrating strong proficiency in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports, and label management.

Required Knowledge and Expertise

• In-depth understanding of warehouse management processes including inbound, outbound, and warehouse setup procedures.
• Familiarity with RF (Radio Frequency) devices and label printing technology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WMS system architecture, particularly the critical data points involved in inbound and outbound integration.
• Experience with operational support frameworks including SLAs and support process management.
