Role Overview

The Butler in Guest Relations will play a key role in providing outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include greeting and escorting guests, managing luggage, responding promptly to inquiries, organizing amenities, and anticipating guest needs. Handling guest registration and cashiering duties with seamless interactions that align with service excellence standards are required. The role also involves food and beverage service support, including order taking, menu familiarity, preparing service areas, and efficient serving and clearing aligned with operational norms. Maintaining the cleanliness, stock, and readiness of the Butler Pantry, reception desks, guest areas, and service stations is essential to a professional environment. Promptly addressing guest concerns and escalating issues as necessary are part of the responsibilities, along with ensuring full adherence to hotel policies, health and safety standards, grooming and conduct codes, appearance, and punctuality.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will hold a Technical or Vocational Diploma (or an equivalent qualification) and have between one and two years of international luxury hospitality experience. Working effectively within multicultural teams and serving diverse guests is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with a genuine customer-focused approach are required.
