About the Role

This contract position seeks an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to contribute remotely by applying management consulting expertise to enhance AI system outputs. The consultant will work between 10 to 40 hours per week, providing strategic analysis and business transformation insights that reflect current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert advice on management consulting frameworks, strategic analysis, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate and refine intricate business cases, scenarios, and documentation to maintain precision and applicability.
• Provide comprehensive and detailed feedback—both written and oral—to improve AI reasoning and results.
• Collaborate remotely with client teams enabling effective AI model training grounded in real-world consulting experience.
• Identify deficiencies, recommend enhancements, and assure compliance with top industry practices through advanced knowledge.
• Continuously update knowledge on management consulting trends to contribute relevant insights during AI training processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated substantial experience at a management consulting role, preferably with a leading consulting firm.
• Proven track record in managing strategic initiatives, process improvements, and organizational change projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical aptitude capable of distilling complex issues into actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with multifunctional teams in remote work settings.

Additional Information

• Compensation ranges from $154 to $210 per hour.
• Work commitment varies from 10 up to 40 hours weekly.
