Role overview
This position focuses on supporting operating model design and improvement efforts within digital transformation programs. The role contributes to stronger business capabilities, clearer governance, better-aligned processes, and improved organizational structure so transformation work can be executed effectively.
What you will do
- Assist in building and refining target operating models.
- Review organizational structures, core business capabilities, and day-to-day operating processes.
- Take part in evaluating current processes and identifying ways to optimize the operating model.
- Help define responsibilities, accountabilities, and governance arrangements.
- Work with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure the operating model supports strategic goals.
- Support wider organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Develop supporting materials such as documents, presentations, and operating model outputs.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement and continuous optimization efforts.
- Join stakeholder workshops to collect and clarify business requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline. You should also bring 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in areas such as Operating Model, Target Operating Model (TOM), Business Transformation, Organizational Design, Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Transformation.
