Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of business operations, finance, and executive support. The selected candidate will help strengthen internal processes, support planning and reporting, and work closely with leadership to improve execution across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve business workflows and operating processes to raise efficiency, scalability, and overall productivity.
- Assist with financial planning activities, including operational analysis, budget monitoring, expense control, and reporting on operating costs.
- Act as a coordination point between teams and senior leadership to keep business priorities, goals, and delivery aligned.
- Maintain and enhance CRM and operations platforms such as Salesforce and Monday.com, with an emphasis on closing process gaps and improving sales and order fulfilment activities.
- Support project management efforts by tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and helping multiple workstreams stay on schedule.
- Contribute to resource allocation, procurement coordination, and vendor management for operational needs.
- Organise country-level operational and financial review discussions when needed.
- Provide executive support through decision-making assistance, strategic planning input, and preparation of business reports.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with a high level of care and discretion.
Qualifications and Experience
The position requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a closely related discipline, along with at least 4 years of experience in business operations, operations management, financial analysis, or a similar strategic function.
Skills and Requirements
- Practical experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis of operational costs.
- Comfort working with CRM and operations software; prior exposure to Salesforce and Monday.com is an advantage.
- Strong ability to manage projects and coordinate several workstreams at the same time.
- Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills across different levels of an organisation.
- Professional judgment and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive business matters.
