Business Development Manager - Deliveroo for Work

About the Role

Join Deliveroo as a Business Development Manager within the Deliveroo for Work (DfW) segment. This pivotal role focuses on expanding our corporate client base in Dubai, helping improve employee well-being by revolutionizing workplace food provision. You'll engage with over 20,000 companies across Europe and the Middle East, with a significant growth focus in 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a robust sales pipeline across the UAE by engaging senior decision-makers from diverse industries and zones.
• Employ various lead generation techniques including cold-calling, email outreach, and networking to prospect potential clients.
• Customize pitch presentations and commercial proposals tailored to client-specific needs and lead commercial negotiations to secure business.
• Achieve assigned monthly KPIs such as calls, meetings, activation rate, and Gross Order Value.
• Manage onboarding for new accounts, ensure exceptional order experiences and coordinate effectively with Account Management for smooth client handovers and retention.
• Leverage tools like Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker, and AI applications to monitor, analyze, and report sales data and growth strategies.
• Support additional initiatives including attending trade events, assisting marketing campaigns, generating data reports, and following up on pending client payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum of three years' experience in B2B sales demonstrating consistent revenue growth through a consultative and data-driven method.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets.
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset who thrives in dynamic startup-like environments.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Must be based in Dubai.
