Business Development Executive

Overview

We seek a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our reach in the agriculture sector. This role involves identifying fresh business prospects, nurturing relationships with dealers and farmers, and managing the complete sales cycle. You will conduct market research, demonstrate products, and meet sales targets regionally to support advanced farming techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads by analyzing market trends and reaching prospective clients through cold calls, online channels, and event participation.
• Drive sales of agricultural equipment to distributors and dealers, ensuring outstanding after-sales assistance.
• Manage dealer relationships by recruiting new partners and offering product training and ongoing sales support.
• Develop regional sales strategies, monitor performance, and deliver market insights to senior management.
• Promote the company at agricultural exhibitions and trade fairs, keeping abreast of technological advancements.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a graduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 6 months of sales experience in any sector.
• Ownership of a laptop and reliable internet connectivity.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities along with foundational proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic background or degree related to Agriculture.
• Familiarity with agricultural machinery such as sprayers, weeders, and chaff cutters.
• Established network within local farming communities or dealer networks.

Additional Information

This position is open exclusively for female candidates across India in a remote/work-from-home capacity. Fluency in Telugu and a good command of English are essential.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between 15,000 and 25,000 INR.
