Serving diverse clients including corporate entities, government bodies, hospitality sectors, healthcare providers, and private customers, the company delivers exceptional culinary services spanning intimate occasions to extensive events and sustained catering contracts.
Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Executive in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering, cultivating, and securing new business prospects within catering, hospitality, corporate, government, healthcare, and event industries. This role demands a relationship-centered individual with an existing network in Saudi Arabia to unlock opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and convert leads into enduring clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential new business opportunities across various sectors including corporate, governmental, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, and events.
- Utilize an established local professional network to arrange meetings with key decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline via networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship management.
- Engage clients to comprehend their requirements and offer customized catering and hospitality solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft and deliver commercially competitive proposals.
- Negotiate contracts to close profitable deals successfully.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure proposals are commercially sound and operationally feasible.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking functions, and trade forums.
- Keep accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and pipeline status reports up to date.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong professional network within Saudi Arabia across hospitality, events, corporate, healthcare, or government sectors.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of success in generating new business and securing commercial contracts.
- Solid business understanding of sales cycles, pricing strategies, and delivering customer value.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentations, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, hotel management, event planning, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Prior involvement in Hajj & Umrah catering or large seasonal catering operations is a significant plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Highly organized and self-driven, adept at managing multiple opportunities concurrently.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
