Business Development Executive (BDE) - Field Sales Apprentice

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of a prominent online cosmetics and beauty products retailer across West Bengal. This full-time apprentice position is primarily retail store-based, involving frequent field visits to expand our market presence through active engagement with distributors, retailers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential sales leads via systematic market visits, referrals, and provided data.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and vendors to promote and sell products.
• Conduct in-store product demonstrations and promotional activities to boost customer interest.
• Implement product launch campaigns, ensuring timely deal closure.
• Assist retail partners with business growth strategies and execute plans at the ground level.
• Track and report monthly sales data, campaign results, and market trends.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate from any discipline between 2021 and 2025.
• Fresh graduates and those with up to 11 months of sales or field experience are welcome.
• Must reside locally (within 10 km) of the assigned retail store locations.
• Possession of a personal two-wheeler (preferably a bike) and a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Experience or understanding of the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
• Male candidates are preferred for this position.

Work Details

• Location: Retail stores situated across Paskura, Ranihati, Nalikul, South 24 Parganas, Santipur, Tangra, Topsia, and Rampurhat.
• Schedule: Six working days per week, Sunday off.
• Work Type: Onsite retail store role involving regular local market visits.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed salary comprising ₹11,500 from the employer plus ₹4,500 government benefits, totaling ₹16,000 in hand.
• Daily transport allowance of ₹200.
• Performance incentives based on sales achievements.
