Overview
This position is based in Mohali and requires full-time, on-site work within the Business Development department. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and must attend face-to-face interviews only.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate potential client leads using platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, email outreach, Google Search, business directories, and other online sources.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in areas including Website Design, Web and Mobile Application Development, UI/UX Design, Content Management Systems, Digital Marketing, AI Automation, CRM solutions, and customized web development projects.
- Establish connections with prospective clients through proposals, emails, LinkedIn communication, and persistent follow-ups.
- Analyze client requirements to offer appropriate, tailored solutions aligning with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to prepare detailed proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to grasp project scopes and delivery timelines effectively.
- Convert prospects into long-term clients and secure recurring monthly support agreements through diligent follow-up.
- Maintain comprehensive records of daily sales activities, leads generated, follow-ups, proposals submitted, and successful conversions.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements within the digital and IT domains.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated 2 to 4 years experience in business development, IT sales, online bidding, or lead generation.
- Practical experience using Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms; familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, prospecting techniques, and business development methodologies.
- Skilled in crafting detailed, customized proposals with technical precision.
- Good knowledge of web and mobile development, website design, UI/UX principles, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside negotiation and client relationship management capabilities.
- Experience working with clients internationally is preferred.
