About the Role

Timo is an international platform rapidly growing through Southeast Asia, ARC, Brazil, and other regions, focusing on chat, party rooms, and gaming to deliver dynamic social entertainment worldwide. We are seeking a Business Development professional to manage and expand our agency network within Brazil, ideal for someone passionate about operations, partnerships, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard agencies and hosts, ensuring they meet performance and engagement objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guild leaders and streamers.
• Plan and execute events and campaigns to increase community participation.
• Track performance indicators and refine strategies through data analysis.
• Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for the entire community.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum two years of experience working with social platforms, voice chat, live streaming, or gaming environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and relationship management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills based on data insights.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
