As a Busfahrer:in, you will engage in a dynamic daily routine working locally to ensure safe and pleasant journeys for passengers while maintaining a calm approach during challenges.
Position
We are currently looking for Busfahrer:in (m/f/d) for Omnibusverkehr Franken GmbH in Würzburg and surrounding areas. Whether you are new to driving buses or unfamiliar with routes, we provide comprehensive onboarding and training.
Responsibilities
- Execute safe and punctual bus operations on scheduled lines and school routes
- Provide passengers with information and advice on timetables, fares, and connecting services as needed
- Conduct ticket sales and verification
- Inspect vehicle operational readiness including technical systems
- Maintain cleanliness and order before and after routes
Candidate Profile
- Successfully completed professional training as a commercial driver or valid class D/DE bus driving license
- Possession of valid professional driver qualification under the Berufskraftfahrerqualifikationsgesetz (BKrFQG) demonstrated by the “95” key code or Driver Qualification Card in the license
- Proficient German language skills, written and spoken
- Willingness to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Customer-oriented, flexible, and reliable attitude
