Role Responsibilities

• Perform painting and structural repairs to building components including masonry, woodwork, and furnishings.
• Conduct grounds maintenance such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, snow removal, weed removal, leaf raking, and refuse disposal.
• Maintain bakery cleanliness through buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, plumbing, and window washing.
• Assist other departments by moving furniture as needed and unloading and storing supplies.
• Inspect completed tasks to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
• Follow all company policies and safety rules diligently.
• Adapt work processes to align with production schedules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, pressure-filled environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in multitasking with good planning and prioritization capabilities.
• Accuracy and thoroughness to enhance quality and safety.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Teamwork skills and ability to encourage positive behaviors.
• Effective interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
