Overview
This role, operated on behalf of a partner company, is based in Germany and invites applicants to engage remotely. As a Brand Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor to clients within the restaurant and hospitality sectors. You will oversee a variety of projects including branding, digital content, media, websites, and customer experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as a strategic consultant to clients to enhance and implement marketing programs effectively.
- Oversee client projects from conception through delivery by clarifying requirements and aligning resources with business objectives.
- Create detailed briefs for internal and external creative, strategic, and media teams based on project needs.
- Engage in team meetings to prioritize workload and project milestones.
- Facilitate internal conversations on client expectations, project milestones, and strategic focus.
- Manage schedules, workflows, and project status updates utilizing project management platforms to ensure transparency.
- Communicate consistently with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and meeting their demands.
- Organize regular client meetings and update stakeholders on project progress.
- Deliver presentations encompassing marketing strategies, content suggestions, and performance evaluations with a business lens.
- Adapt to evolving business priorities by taking on additional projects and operational responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' background in marketing coordination, project or account management, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a correlated discipline.
- Preferred experience within an agency setting, notably in restaurant, hospitality, or consumer-oriented fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational capabilities and time management skills facilitating cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Monday.com or equivalents.
- Advanced competence in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack.
- Proven skill in cultivating robust client relationships and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
- A strategic approach to diagnosing business challenges and proposing impactful solutions.
