About the Role
We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of advisors responsible for driving sales in the open market. This position offers a fixed annual compensation package of up to 4 lakh INR, subject to interview performance, along with additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Provide guidance and direction to the team for effective selling of company products.
- Drive sales performance through managing advisors' activities.
- Oversee team management and handle day-to-day operations effectively.
Compensation and Location
The role is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and offers a monthly salary range between 32,000 and 46,000 INR.
