Role Overview
We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager, designated as Associate Agency Development Manager, to lead and develop a team of sales advisors. This role involves recruiting, training, motivating, and managing a sales team to drive product sales in open markets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruit and build a team of sales advisors.
- Provide training and motivation to the sales team.
- Lead the team to successfully sell company products in open markets.
- Manage and oversee the team’s performance and coordination.
Compensation
The total compensation package is fixed up to 4 LPA, dependent on interview performance, with additional incentives.
