About the Company and Role

Vrushank Tech Solutions is recruiting for the position of Branch Manager in their financial sector operations, specifically in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The branch currently operates from an office resembling a 2BHK house and employs 5-7 staff members. This opportunity is strictly for male candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.

The company focuses on a variety of retail and corporate lending products such as Business Loans, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Loans Against Gold, and Finance Against Cheques.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts by driving branch sales targets for retail loan products including Home Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Gold Loans through building local networks and managing both direct sales and DSA teams.
• Manage daily branch administrative functions while ensuring full compliance with RBI regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a robust credit portfolio by closely overseeing loan disbursements, recovery processes, and minimizing Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
• Provide leadership by training, mentoring, and guiding branch staff such as Sales Executives, Credit Officers, and Cashiers to meet individual and team objectives.
• Handle high-value customer complaints effectively and foster strong, trust-based relationships within the community.

Skill Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of secured and unsecured loan products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and market a branch within the local area.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong capability in risk assessment.

Additional Details

This position offers a guaranteed same-day job offer with a monthly salary ranging between 35,000 and 40,000 INR. The job location is Neelankarai, Chennai. The office environment currently supports a small team working in a cozy setting.
