Position Overview
We are seeking diligent BPO Telecallers to join the team at Credicus Business Services Private Limited based in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves reaching out to candidates and managing interview scheduling, suitable for both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
Key Duties
- Contact candidates via phone calls to coordinate interview appointments.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in communication skills.
- Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Shifts available: Morning shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or afternoon shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Weekly off on Sundays.
- Monthly in-hand salary ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 INR plus potential incentives.
