Bottling Plant Operator

Job Overview

The Bottling Plant Operator is responsible for managing the bottling production process adhering to daily production targets. This role involves handling the sanitization, cleaning, washing, filling of water, and capping of glass bottles utilizing specialized machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery designed for bottle cleaning, washing, filling, and capping
• Perform thorough control checks during bottle cleaning and washing with careful attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the plant area consistently
• Comply with hygiene protocols within the production environment
• Assess project and resource requirements related to production tasks
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the workplace
• Engage effectively with team members through good written and verbal communication

Skills and Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of Reverse Osmosis Treatment Systems including Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), and Softeners
• Familiarity with water bottling machinery operations
• Experience in operating filling and capping machines

Additional Information

Comprehensive training on the operation of the plant machinery will be provided to all operators. The position is full-time and permanent, located onsite in Pune, Maharashtra.
