BIM Modeller Intern

Role Overview

Oneness Holdings is looking for a BIM Modeller Intern in Singapore for a 3, 6, or 12 month engagement. The role focuses on building and maintaining 3D BIM models for plumbing works, with exposure to drawing production, model coordination, and site support.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and developing 3D BIM models for plumbing systems in Revit.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Revise and update BIM models to reflect project needs and changes.
• Ensure drawings are aligned with project requirements, standards, and BIM guidelines.
• Coordinate with consultants and other trades to help resolve drawing-related issues.
• Support submission drawings and related documentation.

Site Coordination Support

• Help the site team with basic coordination tasks when needed.
• Check for drawing mismatches and update the model accordingly.
• Join site visits to better understand project conditions and requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to work with Revit at a basic to intermediate level.
• Capability to create BIM drawings and carry out 3D modelling tasks.
• Diploma or degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• AutoCAD knowledge will be considered an advantage.
• Open to learning, able to work with guidance, and comfortable taking initiative independently.
• Strong attitude and a sharp eye for detail.

Additional Information

This position is based in Singapore and is structured as a full-time onsite role. The role may involve both office-based BIM work and occasional site coordination support.
