The opportunity presents working on one of the largest development programs in Saudi Arabia, involving a major mixed-use facility comprising sports arenas, entertainment, arts venues, and associated infrastructure. Mace is a key delivery partner looking for seasoned professionals to lead integrated teams across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project delivery groups throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring BIM and digital procedures are thoroughly embedded and aligned with the Mace Way.
• Evaluate resource needs for BIM teams, supporting recruitment and skill development.
• Create and execute BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), establish information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR), and manage client digital handover strategies following ISO 19650 standards.
• Develop and uphold strong governance, assurance, and security measures for information management, managing model production, reviewing, and digital handoff.
• Lead the creation of BIM standards, procedures, shared resources, and object libraries consistent with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, driving improvements and spotting opportunities to enhance digital delivery.
• Manage and optimise digital platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud to guarantee efficient document control, coordination, and information sharing.
• Facilitate project planning and execution via model-based inputs including construction sequencing and cost estimation.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams, project managers, and design units to build digital skills.
• Engage stakeholders effectively, influencing senior personnel and fostering cooperation.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies, incorporating innovations to boost BIM processes and results.
• Collaborate to support net zero carbon goals, proactively identifying and managing carbon emissions during project delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong familiarity with ISO 19650 standards for information management.
• Professional certifications or memberships such as APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or similar are advantageous.
• Must meet visa requirements for work in Saudi Arabia and possess relevant experience managing large-scale projects within project management consultancies, necessary for immigration and client approval.
