BIM Coordinator

Role overview

This opportunity is for experienced BIM Coordinators to support the delivery of large hyperscale data centre projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The hiring company is a major general contractor working on the first phase of a multi-project programme, and is seeking coordinators across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines.

What you will do

• Manage and align BIM models across several disciplines throughout the full project cycle.
• Run clash detection and help resolve design conflicts using Navisworks.
• Check that BIM outputs meet the required project and client specifications.
• Collaborate with design consultants, construction teams, and subcontractors to keep coordination on track.
• Support digital construction processes and participate in model coordination meetings.
• Monitor model integrity and assist with project records and documentation.
• Help drive the successful completion of complex data centre developments.

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience as a BIM Coordinator on major construction projects.
• Prior exposure to data centre projects is mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
• Experience coordinating BIM models across multiple disciplines.
• Background with a main contractor is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
