Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Billing Executive to meticulously generate and manage invoices through ERP and accounting software while adhering strictly to established billing protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and process customer invoices using ERP and accounting tools.
- Verify the accuracy of transaction details, customer information, tax computations, and pricing.
- Perform billing reconciliations to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise financial records related to billing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with MS Excel, ERP platforms, and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills essential for data validation and issue resolution.
