Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing procedures for outpatient (OP) and inpatient (IP) services.
- Collect cash payments from patients and ensure accurate transaction handling.
- Generate payment receipts for services rendered promptly and accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all billing activities and transactions.
- Address and resolve patient inquiries related to billing issues courteously.
