Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, escorting them to their rooms and acquainting them with available amenities.
• Carefully manage guest luggage—retrieving, transporting, organizing, and securely storing according to hotel protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of lobby areas and workspaces to uphold standards.

Candidate Profile
