Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert advice on beverages and attentively handle guest orders and preferences.
• Prepare a variety of drinks with precision and craftsmanship.
• Oversee the proper setup and cleaning of the bar area before and after shifts.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our drink and food menus to guide guests effectively.
• Adhere strictly to quality and hygiene standards within the bar environment.
• Manage accurate billing and invoicing for all bar transactions.
• Contribute actively to enhancing sales through proactive promotion and upselling.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably completed additional training as a certified bartender or have attended a bartending school.
• Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Passion for crafting unique and appealing beverages.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to perform with dedication.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills alongside flexibility with shifts.
• Professional appearance representing the bar and restaurant positively.
• Comfortable working evening shifts and communicating in English.
• Possess a hands-on approach, composed demeanor, and a good sense of humor.
