About The Property

Dar Tantora, The House Hotel, is an earth-built community located in the historic Old Town of AlUla, Saudi Arabia. The hotel features a maze of closely arranged mud-brick buildings and a large watchtower fort. Its sister property, Cloud 7 Residence, offers a tranquil retreat near the busy city center. The exclusive community comprises 30 rooms, two food and beverage outlets, a cigar lounge, spa, and multiple bespoke retail shops. The venue focuses on being an eco-conscious, low-impact heritage sanctuary, offering workshops and activities that highlight the destination's historical significance.

Role Responsibilities

Maintain consistency in the quality, appearance, and flavor of all drinks served.
Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service to bar patrons.
Keep the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces clean and well-organized.
Track and manage stock levels, participate in inventory counts, and strive to reduce waste.
Handle cash accurately and operate POS systems following established procedures.
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Promote beverage upselling, including signature cocktails and special promotions.
Assist with bar preparation for opening, closing duties, and special events.
Collaborate effectively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Experience and Skills

1 to 2 years experience as a Barista or Bartender, ideally in hospitality such as hotels, bars, or restaurants.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on guest satisfaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Detail-oriented approach with dedication to service excellence.
Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic proficiency in English is necessary.
