As a barista, you will craft premium coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Working in a lively store setting, you'll gain mastery over food and beverage preparation, form friendships, and engage with our guests, making their visit memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional Starbucks Experience for customers through attentive service and skilled beverage preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage store safety and cash responsibilities effectively.
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers, understanding and responding to their needs.
- Perform diverse store tasks during shifts as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, enjoying working with others.
- Customer service focus with pride in delivering quality products.
- Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, including mastering new beverage recipes.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
