As a barista, you'll deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing outstanding service and crafting expertly made products. Working in a lively store setting, you'll refine your food and beverage skills, collaborate with colleagues, and interact with customers, making their day brighter with your smile and service.

Qualifications

• No prior work experience is necessary.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Comply with store policies, including preparing quality beverages and food items, handling cash accurately, and ensuring security.
• Engage pleasantly with customers, identifying and responding to their needs clearly.
• Prepare food and drinks according to standard or customized recipes.
• Willingness to handle diverse tasks within the store during shifts.
