Key Responsibilities
- Offer warm, face-to-face assistance to customers, addressing their banking requirements effectively.
- Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with precision and care.
- Handle account queries and provide guidance on digital banking tools to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with bank regulations and policies.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and customer service quality.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
