Bank Representative Executive

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the Loans & Credit Cards Department. The position requires engaging with customers to assist with financial product applications, including loans and credit cards. The role emphasizes client communication, verification processes, and sales responsibilities.

Key Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Present detailed information on loan and credit card offerings.
• Gather and authenticate bank statements and supporting documents.
• Conduct basic assessments of income and eligibility criteria.
• Assist clients with completing application forms and document submission.
• Follow up persistently on pending approvals and documentation.
• Liaise with banks and other financial institutions to facilitate application procedures.
• Update and maintain comprehensive customer profiles within the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed designated monthly sales and conversion targets.
