Role Overview

We seek dedicated Bakers who arrive early to prepare our signature bagels and pastries. Starting as early as 3 AM, our Bakers set up the bakery, stock fresh items, and help maintain quality and safety standards, ensuring every product meets our high standards. Bakers also contribute to excellent guest experiences by assisting with order taking and sandwich assembly as part of a collaborative team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries, turning on podcasts or music during shifts for motivation.
• Stock the bagel displays and pastry cases to maintain constant product availability.
• Collaborate with team members to provide friendly and efficient customer service, including order taking and sandwich preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the bakery and store environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
• Capability to pass background checks in compliance with applicable laws.
• Having a valid state driver’s license is preferred at certain locations and required when company policy dictates.
• Tip eligibility and benefits depend on state laws and position qualifications.

Physical Demands

This role involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and walking intermittently throughout shifts. Reasonable accommodations may be provided as needed.
