Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking an experienced and dedicated Baker to become a vital member of our culinary team. Candidates should bring between three to five years of professional baking experience, demonstrate a commitment to superior food quality, and thrive in a dynamic kitchen setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, desserts, and various bakery goods.
• Ensure that all baked products adhere to the company's quality and presentation criteria.
• Strictly follow recipes to guarantee consistent production results.
• Manage inventory by monitoring ingredient levels and alerting management to replenishment needs.
• Uphold cleanliness and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen in line with food safety regulations.
• Use and maintain baking equipment properly and safely.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure products are prepared and delivered on schedule.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three to five years’ experience working as a baker in hotels, restaurants, cafes, or bakeries.
• In-depth understanding of baking techniques, ingredient use, and food safety protocols.
• Capable of working efficiently under pressure while meeting production deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Detail-focused with a strong commitment to quality standards.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
