Role Overview
QSCO, a company focused on quality, food safety, and compliance services, is hiring a B2B Sales Specialist to help drive growth by creating new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
The position involves finding prospective business clients, learning about their requirements, showcasing the company’s services and solutions, and supporting the full sales journey from first contact to building a successful partnership.
Working alongside the management team, you will help broaden the client base, strengthen customer relationships, and support the company’s overall growth goals. You will also maintain sales records, monitor activity, and prepare reports that help improve performance over time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in B2B sales is required.
- Ability to spot and pursue new business opportunities effectively.
- Background in handling client relationships and managing sales pipelines.
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and developing long-term professional connections.
- Strong ability in presenting, negotiating, and communicating clearly.
- Solid understanding of sales workflows and how to assess customer needs.
- Good command of English.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM platforms.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting sales targets.
