Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales Executive position in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The person in this role will be responsible for identifying and screening potential business clients, leading sales discussions and presentations, and promoting JOE13’s service portfolio across HR, merchandising, logistics, technology, and financial solutions. The position covers the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, while also supporting account management and internal coordination to deliver quality service.
What You Will Do
- Source and qualify fresh business-to-business leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and corporate accounts.
- Showcase JOE13’s services and work toward converting prospects into clients.
- Work toward revenue goals and contribute to overall business expansion.
- Prepare proposals, handle pricing discussions, and support contract negotiations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closure.
- Strengthen relationships with current clients and review account progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure smooth and high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct market research, maintain pipeline updates, and share sales performance reports.
- Take part in sales planning and strategy discussions to support growth targets.
Requirements
