What the role involves
The Availability Manager is accountable for making sure the store is presented well, products are merchandised correctly, shelves are replenished, and recovery work is completed at times that have the smallest effect on shoppers.
The role operates under tight turnaround times so the store stays well stocked and visually appealing. Strong leadership is essential to keep standards high.
You will guide, coach, and encourage the Nightfill team while ensuring merchandising standards, planograms, and display instructions are followed. A key part of the job is helping maintain a safe, upbeat, and well-run work environment.
Work schedule
The roster for this role is Tuesday to Saturday, from 2:30 pm to midnight.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience, a positive attitude, and strong communication and computer skills.
Experience in retail, especially in stock handling, merchandising, recovery, or presentation, would be a strong advantage. We are looking for someone who is practical, hands-on, and ready to get things done.
Additional information
A forklift licence is preferred, although it is not compulsory.
