Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer specializing in Selenium and Tosca to support our testing initiatives in Hyderabad. This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts leveraging TOSCA (Test Object Specification and Capture) for web applications, as well as implementing Selenium WebDriver testing solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to translate requirements into detailed specifications for automated testing, analyze defects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and sustain automated test scripts using Tosca tailored for web-based applications.
- Work collaboratively across departments to gather requirements and develop testing specifications.
- Implement automation testing utilizing Selenium WebDriver or similar technologies to uphold software quality standards.
- Investigate defects identified by users or testing procedures, determine root causes, and apply appropriate corrections.
Candidate Requirements
- Between three and seven years of professional QA engineering experience, with significant expertise in Tosca automation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Selenium automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience on projects within financial services, particularly those focused on banking domains.
