Key Duties

You will assist with technical interpretation and operational support during frac operations while working under direct supervision. The role includes on-the-job training across planning, execution, and documentation stages of the job.

• Support wellsite activities during frac operations in a professional manner.
• Assist with pre-job planning, field execution, and post-job records as part of training.
• Work with operations teams to gain knowledge of equipment and field processes.
• Build technical understanding through structured courses and practical exposure.
• Develop familiarity with pressure analysis while pumping, fracture mechanics, rock and fluid mechanics, and diagnostic pumping.

Qualifications

This position requires an undergraduate degree in a STEM discipline such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. It is intended as an entry-level role for candidates beginning their professional journey in operations.
