Role Overview
As an Associate Consultant, you will receive direct mentorship and support from experienced managers and mentors, with opportunities to collaborate across business units and regional markets. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize internal databases and external resources to identify and select talent within specialised fields or industries.
- Screen, evaluate, and match candidates with job requirements considering organisational fit and personality traits.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients by leveraging in-depth industry knowledge and independent market research.
- Support interview processes through coordination, expectation management, and conducting reference verifications.
- Stay updated on market and sector developments to enhance client talent strategies.

Candidate Profile
