Role Overview

As an Associate Consultant, you will receive direct mentorship and support from experienced managers and mentors, with opportunities to collaborate across business units and regional markets. We encourage individuals with internship or work backgrounds in recruitment firms, in-house HR, research, or those seeking a career change aiming to make a meaningful impact through building strong professional networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize internal databases and external resources to identify and select talent within specialised fields or industries.
  • Screen, evaluate, and match candidates with job requirements considering organisational fit and personality traits.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients by leveraging in-depth industry knowledge and independent market research.
  • Support interview processes through coordination, expectation management, and conducting reference verifications.
  • Stay updated on market and sector developments to enhance client talent strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • A proactive, self-driven communicator with the ability to develop new business opportunities.
