Position Overview

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Up to 2 years of experience in technical, engineering, or project roles including internships or academics.
- Excellent organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, team-oriented, client-centric environment.
- Proven collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with modern engineering workflows, Agile methods, Git, cloud platforms, and project management applications.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, and Notion.
- Quickly comprehend and convey technical topics.
- Experience using AI tools to boost productivity and workflow efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary around CAD 100000, variably adjusted by experience.
- Additional variable compensation up to 5% of base pay.
- Fully remote employment for candidates residing in Canada.
